Dear Mr Trewin,
Thank you for fitting the patio door in our conservatory yesterday. I am very please with the result. It certainly opens the conservatory up more than that silly door we had before. I enclose a cheque for £1,246 to cover the outstanding amount. I realise this does not include the cost of the radiator. I have spoken to your plumber Paul and he has agreed to update the rest of my central heating system, so will include the cost when pricing up the whole job.
I would like to take this opportunity to say how hard Robert worked. I really appreciated the way that he stayed until 8pm in order to see the job complete on the day. Despite being without his co-worker, he just got on with the job. Thank you again.

After your company’s successful construction of our conservatory in 2004, we had no hesitation in returning to Coastline for the installation of a new stable back door and fascias to the west facing side of our property.
David, we were absolutely delighted with the new door with one locking system as opposed to the six on the old door. And the design fits perfectly with the house.
